• Should have undergone formal medical transcription training.
• Should have a minimum experience of 1 year as an MT and 1 year as PR.
• Should be capable of delivering 'client-acceptable' transcription accuracy.
• Should be exposed to major work-types and specialties, including operative and radiology reports.
• Should have In-depth knowledge of medical transcription guidelines and practices.
• Should have the ability to educate others and lead team(s).

• Should have the ability to operate word processing software(s), transcription equipment and other equipment as required.
