Dictations are captured and uploaded to the GHP servers automatically. Audio files are instantly available for our medical transcriptionists via a file distribution system. File transfer is done via a secured 128-bit encryption process. Level - I quality assurance teams process the transcribed files for medical and drug accuracies. Level - II quality control supervisors check for English language and format correctness. This process ensures over 98 % accuracy within the client preferred turnaround time. Completed reports are automatically uploaded to the servers in an encrypted form and available for retrieval on the physician's PC.

This is the most convenient method of dictation and no costs are incurred for equipment or software.

Once you sign the work contract with us, you will be assigned a unique author identification number. This would give you access to our toll-free phone numbers. Customizations in terms of patient identification, work type identification; specialty identification, and TAT/priority etc. can be configured as applicable.
This facility is available to you twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

Digital handheld - Walk and Talk
For physicians who prefer to dictate on the move, we provide the choice of the Digital Handheld Recorder.

After dictating into the recorder, you can send us digital files through our website with just a few clicks of the mouse. This entire process is confidentiality compliant as we use SSL encryption technology.

We are currently developing the process that captures dictations into the PDA and wireless transfer of voice files to our servers. This will enable to receive reports directly to the PDA. This service will enable stat dictations.
